We use IP addresses for dispatch that have top reputations. On request, we can also create your own IP area, which then is at your exclusive disposal for all your dispatch activities.
So-called “bounces” or returns are automatically processed by optivo® broadmail following dispatch. Classification into hard bounces, soft bounces, auto responder, personal replies and suspicion of spam is possible to make bounce management more effective. Particularly convenient is the capability to individually define criteria at any time. This means you can optimise your workflow by, for example, creating various rules such as: “All returns containing the word ‘order’.” These returns would then automatically be assigned to the group “Order Request” and directly forwarded to you, if so desired.

Deliverability of sent emails is a crucial factor for success. Our core competence is the complete deliverability management of customer emails. Our specialists are continuously monitoring all mail servers that are being used for the dispatch of your emails. Simultaneously, public blacklists and spam complaints are regularly assessed and processed. Our team analyses global as well as your own response rates and compares performance between the different email services. Our specialists take action quickly and effectively, at the hint of a problem. Naturally, these measures are constantly being optimised.
2. Personal contact with the relevant email services
We regularly stay in touch with the most important internet service providers and web mail service providers. In addition, we also continuously keep an eye out for changed email service evaluation criteria or other similar measures, on your behalf.
3. International whitelisting
Our membership in the whitelisting programmes “Certified Senders Alliance” and “Sender Score Certified” from Return Path guarantee particularly high delivery rates. We can thereby ensure that your emails will be categorised as being trustworthy – both domestically and internationally – and won’t end up in the spam filter.
