You can see at a glance which subject line achieved the highest opening rates or which links were clicked most often.
A simple click of the desired email is all it takes to retrieve a whole range of predefined reports. In addition, an individual report toolbox is at your disposal. This lets you intuitively create individually defined statistics that allow you to evaluate precisely what is of interest to you. Target group-based evaluation lets you compare the response rates between various emails and target groups with just a few mouse clicks. Meanwhile, the visual link evaluation feature shows, in per cent and in absolute numbers, which links were clicked how often and indicate where the “hot spots” in each email are located.
Analyses with substance
optivo® broadmail offers several additional modules for the analysis of further email areas. Advance testing for deliverability and depiction assists in ensuring that your emails reach the recipient as intended and are depicted by the respective email providers correctly. On request, our deliverability specialists can also generate and provide even more detailed statistics and analyses. Automated A/B testing (split-run testing) enables continuous optimisation of responses, based on empirical data. Automated attention analyses, meanwhile, simulate otherwise complex and costly eye tracking studies and provide you with valuable know-how in the area of email design, in real time.
