Bosch Power Tools received individual consultation on the basis of automated attention analysis in the area of email optimisation. The consultation project entailed, on one hand, to analyse sent newsletters in regard to their attention distribution so that recommendations for future improvements could be provided. On the other hand, a range of design variations was tested in a second stage and evaluated according to all relevant factors of success.
The Germanwings consultation project concentrated on showing where additional potentials and opportunities could be exploited through multistep segmentation. Concepts for the determination of subgroups from the complete address list as well as a corresponding contact email strategy were developed. An area of focus was the application of all relevant customer data, taking the customer life cycle into account, to enhance communication content and intervals so that the overall efficiency of the email channel could be raised.
The design of an email campaign for the acquisition of new customers was the subject of a client project undertaken for Lindner Hotels & Resorts. At the heart of the project was the aim to completely automate the dialogue with prospective customers interested in the presented offers and to enhance brand loyalty. Additional project components incorporated precise, personalisation and individualisation of email communication to optimise responses, as well as simplifying campaign scaleability.
