Berlin, 7 February 2012 – optivo heralds a new era for evaluating success in email marketing: As of immediately, the new “Advanced Reports” module of the optivo® broadmail email marketing software enables the creation of target group specific sales and ROI  reports as well as analyses in never before seen detail. By using the available raw data, multilayered information from newsletters and campaigns can be assimilated and analysed easily and effectively. More than 30 parameters are at the disposal of marketing decision-makers and email marketing managers. Besides the analysis of individual parameters, complex success monitoring for diverse groupings as well as combined evaluations and complex nested structures are possible, such as according to click-profiles, multiple clients or specific fields of data in email distribution lists. More than 500 combinations of various data and groupings are supported. The evaluative reports provide marketers with an unsurpassed level of depth and detail – not least due to the capability to combine the results with post-click tracking data.

11/22/2011 HolidayCheck checks in at optivo: Germany’s largest online travel and holiday information portal relies on optivo® broadmail for its pan-European email marketing

Berlin, 22 November 2011 – The list of optivo clients grows yet again: As of immediately, HolidayCheck AG uses optivo® broadmail for its email marketing. The operator of the world’s largest German-speaking holiday evaluation portal, which includes its own TÜV-certified travel agency, will now dispatch personalised B2B and B2C newsletters to more than ten countries throughout Europe using the award-winning optivo broadcasting solution. The partnership also encompasses the MietwagenCheck (HireCarCheck) portal. Templates comprise the basis for the emails to be dispatched – significantly simplifying the entire creation process. With its switch to optivo® broadmail, the subsidiary of German-based Tomorrow Focus AG is striving to comprehensively extend its email marketing efforts. HolidayCheck also anticipates benefiting from precise, finely targeted addressing of newsletter recipients and advanced international delivery management capabilities. Previously, the dispatch of emails was undertaken via a solution developed in-house.

Reactivation campaign developed by optivo on behalf of Condor receives highest distinction in the “Best Audience Engagement” category


Berlin, 10 November 2011 – This year’s MarketingSherpa Awards winners have just been announced: Gold in the “Best Audience Engagement” category goes to Condor Flugdienst GmbH. The German airline was distinguished for its innovative reactivation campaign, which was developed by the optivo consulting team. The jury was not only won over by the impressive rate of reactivations, but also due to the campaign’s fresh approach. Rather than simply implementing customary practices such as offering aggressive discounts or vouchers, inactive newsletter subscribers were “seduced” to interact in a game – with success.

03/03/2011 optivo first company in the European internet economy to receive SaaS quality seal

Berlin, 3 March 2011 – optivo is the first company in Europe to receive the "EuroCloud Star Audit SaaS" quality seal for its Software as a Service solution (SaaS), optivo® broadmail. A comprehensive audit process examining operating procedures, network infrastructure, compliance guidelines as well as implementation and training concepts preceded the awarding of the seal. Besides security and accessibility, other key issues of vital importance for cloud-based email marketing encompass performance, resources and scalability. The quality seal was officially awarded to optivo in a ceremony conducted by the EuroCloud Germany_eco initiative, which took place at the CeBIT trade fair in Hanover, Germany, yesterday.
