Berlin, 30 August 2011 – The time of trade fairs is often a time when new trends mushroom. And this is no exception in the digital economy. Yet it is not unusual that so-called “megatrends” and not in accord to the actual needs of the consumer. Successful email marketing through closed loop marketing  
Linking CRM systems and email marketing similarly requires extensive know-how. The integration of Customer Relationship Management and the email channel gives companies the opportunity to develop a better understanding of the wants and demands of their customers and enables numerous technical processes to be effectively automated.
