04.07.11 optivo wins the eco Internet Award 2011 in the email marketing category

Berlin, 4 July 2011 – It is now official: optivo is among the internet business sector’s best companies. eco, the Association of the German Internet Industry (Verband der deutschen Internetwirtschaft) bestowed the Internet Award 2011 in the category of email marketing to the Berlin-based email marketing pioneer. optivo convinced the jury with its innovative SaaS (Software as a Service) broadcast solution optivo® broadmail, which was already distinguished for its many merits earlier this year when it picked up the SaaS quality seal. Praise was also given to the exemplary support and customer service as for optivo’s international delivery management and diverse means of knowledge transfer (such as the email marketing blog www.optivo.de/campfire).

 

The highly esteemed jury was particularly won over due to the exceptional quality of the broadcast solution including its many supplementary services. Within its statement of reasons for bestowing the coveted award to optivo, the jury noted that: "The special value placed on quality is proven by initiatives like the participation in white list projects such as the Certified Senders Alliance, the close contact with domestic and international ISPs, the competent and distinguished handling of complaints in addition to the implementation of diverse knowledge transfer opportunities including webinars, whitepapers, guides as well as the optivo blog."
